Day 3 (Updated pictures added)

This has been a sunny day as we crossed Texas. It even made it up to 100 degrees! We just stopped more often, hydrated with water, used our cooling neck bands, and kept on going! Since there is not much that we are interested in seeing, we usually eat our way across Texas! We love to look for pit barbecue and we found some today at the Hard 8 in Coppell, Texas. Pictures to be posted later. We are spending the night in Post, Texas, and plan on heading for Roswell on the morning to look for little green men.

Boy they sure love their state of Texas. Even the waffles are shaped like the state.
